01     What is a virtual assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly-trained independent contractor who provides a myriad of business support services virtually via phone, fax and internet based technology to support and meet the growing needs of business owners, executives and private practice professionals. Partnering with a VA reduces stress, protects cash flow and eliminates administrative hassles. A VA is your right hand person helping you to succeed in your business. The irony is you may never meet.



02     What can a VA do for me?

By delegating tasks to your VA and freeing up your valuable time, you are able to focus on the bigger picture, i.e. developing your business and strategies, and having more quality time for yourself and your family. Having your own VA enables you to achieve that work-life balance you need without taking a chunk out of your budget.



03     Do you have a guarantee?

Yes! Your satisfaction is so important that we offer our guarantee on every project we do. We won’t stop until you’re completely satisfied, even if that means extended hours at no cost to you.



04     How will we communicate?

Communication is vital to developing and maintaining an effective relationship with your virtual assistant. We communicate via telephone, fax, email, instant messenger, text messaging, conference calls and webcams. Your VA will know your preference for regular communication and is also available other ways by appointment for a more detailed conversation. All of your communication with us will be answered within one business day.



05     Where are you located?

Our office is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are 50 miles south of Washington, DC in Central Virginia. All of our virtual team members are located in either the US or Canada.



06     What are your hours?

We are available 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm EST.



07     Who do I talk to?

You can work with one individual, your representative and your single point of contact that handles the coordination of any team members you need – or you can choose to be more involved and work with every team member involved in your projects.



08     What if I don’t know how many hours to sign up for?

Discuss your needs with us. We will be able to give a recommendation based on our experience. We also offer a trial run for the first month, if you choose one whole packaged rate more than you needed. We will post the full remaining balance to your next month of service and recommend changing your plan – only for the first month of service. After that, unused hours are rolled-over at the rate set in the plan. If you ever foresee extra work coming the next month, we recommend upgrading your plan to get the best rates.



09     Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there are no contracts and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time before your next billing cycle. Just contact your representative and we will adjust your plan accordingly.



10     What if I’m not happy with my VA?

You can always contact the team leader and discuss any concerns you might have. We can assign you a new VA if needed.



11     Can I roll-over my unused hours to the next month?

Yes*, we allow 25%-75% of your unused hours to roll over to the next month, depending on the rate set in the plan. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan on a monthly basis. If you know that you won’t have enough work for the VA in the coming month, you can downgrade your plan before your next renewal date and can go back to the original plan when you are ready. *Roll-over is only available for the Monthly Payment option.



12     What if I go over my allotted hours?

You will be notified by your VA if you are about to go over your hours. There are 2 options. You can either, (A) Buy additional hours at the price set in the plan, or (B) you can ask your representative to let our Accounts department renew your account when you go over your allotted hours, regardless of your renewal date. For example, if your original renewal date is on the 10th of each month and you have already gone over your hours by the 1st of the month, you can ask your representative to renew your account on the 1st. You will be billed for the price of your plan and your next month’s billing cycle will continue on the 1st of each month.



13     Is there any start-up fee?

Absolutely not! We only charge the subscription fee of the plan you choose.



14     What is your refund policy?

We try to make sure that every client is as satisfied as possible. However, once a membership fee is processed we will be unable to grant refunds, except in the case of the Roll-Over of Unused Hours, explained above. If you plan to discontinue membership, please cancel before the next cycle begins.
